Pasta Workshop - Lasagna & Dinner

If you want to have fun with your friends or meet new people, lasagna gives you the perfect chance to do just that. It’s all about collaborating and sharing! There is the pasta, but also the béchamel and the veggie or tomato sauce. And all of it needs to be assembled. And then eaten, of course.

SO HOW DOES IT WORK?  First, get the dough ready and prepare to have fun with naturally pink, green, red or yellow pasta. Antonella will show you how to move your hands and handle the dough to make it fluffy.

WHILE THE PASTA RESTS, WHY SHOULDN’T YOU? Enjoy a (vegan) aperitivo with Italian snacks and drinks. It’s the ideal situation to have a chat with the other participants and find out even more about Italy and its traditions.
