In this workshop, you’ll dive into the full spectrum of Italian pasta-making by creating both a filled and a handmade shape, an experience that’s rich, hands-on, and full of flavor.
Whether you are new to cooking or a food lover, here you will find your crowd of like-minded people, and you’ll be surprised by how easy it is to create all sorts of pasta shapes. Some say it’s like meditation, the perfect activity if you want to escape thoughts and do something simple, manual, fun. And tasty!
SO HOW DOES IT WORK?
First, get the dough ready and prepare to have fun with naturally pink, green, red or yellow pasta. Antonella will show you how to move your hands and handle the dough to make it fluffy.
WHILE THE PASTA RESTS, WHY SHOULDN’T YOU? Enjoy a (vegan) aperitivo with Italian snacks and drinks. It’s the ideal situation to have a chat with the other participants…
