In this workshop, you’ll dive into the full spectrum of Italian pasta-making by creating both a filled and a handmade shape, an experience that’s rich, hands-on, and full of flavor.
SO HOW DOES IT WORK? First, get the dough ready and prepare to have fun with naturally pink, green, red or yellow pasta. Antonella will show you how to move your hands and handle the dough to make it fluffy.
WHILE THE PASTA RESTS, WHY SHOULDN’T YOU? Enjoy a (vegan) aperitivo with Italian snacks and drinks. It’s the ideal situation to have a chat with the other participants and find out even more about Italy and its traditions.
