You'll be guided through every step, and by the end you'll have made something you're genuinely proud of. The only thing you need to bring is the desire to try.

What kind of workshops do you offer?

All our workshops are hands-on and plant-based. 
Each one focuses on a different part of Italian food culture: from fresh pasta and pizza to sauces, gnocchi, focaccia, and more. Check our current schedule to see what's coming up, or let us know if you're not sure which one is right for you; we'll help you choose!

Is everything really plant-based?

Yes, always. Every recipe, every ingredient. It's not a limitation; it's how we cook. 
You won't miss anything.

Question 4

How long does a workshop last?

Accepted Answer

Between 2.5 and 4 hours, depending on the workshop you choose. 
Either way, there's always enough time to make something properly and to sit down and eat what you made at the end.

The public workshop I want is fully booked. Can you add an extra spot?

Unfortunately, we can't. Our workshops are designed for a specific group size, and we want to keep the experience right for everyone. 
What we'd suggest: book a spot on a different date that works for you, and send us an email letting us know which workshop you originally wanted. If a cancellation comes up, you'll be the first to hear from us.

Is there parking nearby?
