Pasta Workshop - Ravioli & Dinner

Ravioli are the rich, creative shape, combining combining all you can expect from a pasta making class. You’ll work the dough, roll it out with the pasta machine, cut out the ravioli circles, add the filling, close each raviolo. The outcome is a colorful pasta wrap embracing a tasty heart made with seasonal ingredients.

SO HOW DOES IT WORK?  First, get the dough ready and prepare to have fun with naturally pink, green, red or yellow pasta. Antonella will show you how to move your hands and handle the dough to make it fluffy.

WHILE THE PASTA RESTS, WHY SHOULDN’T YOU? Enjoy a (vegan) aperitivo with Italian snacks and drinks. It’s the ideal situation to have a chat with the other participants and find out even more about Italy and its traditions.
