About Us
Ciao! We’re Macchè — two Italians in The Hague who believe that good food is meant to be shared.

We started as a pasta workshop, but we're quickly growing into a little world of Italian food experiences: pizza and focaccia, aperitivo nights, chef dinners, and more.
Everything we cook is 100% plant-based, made with local, seasonal Dutch ingredients (we love our friends at Boeregoed!) and with a zero-waste mindset. We cook Italian with what grows here — because traditions should evolve with the seasons and the place we live in.
Our Mission
To bring people together through simple, joyful, and sustainable Italian food. No fancy stuff, no stress — just flour, laughter, and good company.
We don’t want you to feel like a chef for a night.
We want you to learn something real, something you can redo at home and share with your family or friends.
Just like we learned from ours, now it’s your turn to pass it on.

Our workshops are hands-on, social, and always with a glass of wine (or two).
We show you how to make fresh pasta, focaccia,
