Join us during Klimaatweek in The Hague for a special cooking show and workshop that celebrates sustainable, seasonal food.
Macchè Pasta Workshop'll guide you through making fresh vegan pasta shapes and show you how to season them with local Dutch ingredients — while keeping the recipes authentically Italian.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN & TIMELINE:
15.30 - 17.00 Learn simple pasta-making techniques you can easily repeat at home and shape fresh vegan pasta with your own hands 17.15 - 18.00
Watch us prepare two seasonal sauces with local Dutch ingredients, and add some juicy flavor to your winter with unique Italian vegan recipes.
This workshop is donation-based — and 40% of contributions will support Stichting Haags Dierencentrum Den Haag, helping animals in need.
