Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rebooking Policy We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 6 days before the workshop to receive a full reimbursement. β’ Cancellation 6 Days in Advance: If you cancel your reservation at least 6 days before the scheduled workshop, you will receive a full refund. β’ Late Cancellations: If we do not receive your cancellation notice at least 6 days in advance, we will retain 50% of the quoted fee to cover the costs of your reservation. Rebooking Option: If you are unable to attend the workshop and notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, we will issue you a voucher for the full amount, which can be used at your convenience. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel or reschedule the workshop, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no extra cost. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
