1 / Make the dough
This is where it starts. You make the dough from scratch, learning the technique and understanding why each step matters. Not pre-made, not ready to go.
You make it yourself, from the very beginning.
2 / Shape it
This is the part people come back for. You shape, fill, fold, or top — whatever the evening calls for. We share the stories behind each shape while you work.
3 / Take a break — our way
While the dough rests, so do you. Aperitivo, homemade snacks, drinks, and good conversation.
The Italian way of doing nothing, done right.
4 / Watch it come together
The cooking part is a live demonstration: how it gets baked, cooked, or tossed, and what makes the difference on the plate.
5 / Sit down and eat
Dinner is made from what you made. Everything on the table was built in this room, with these people.
That’s the point.

Every workshop is a chance to start your own ritual around food.
