About the event
Farfalle are simply carefree, the happy medium in terms of manual skills and effort. Massage the dough first, then use the pasta machine to get the thin layers that you’ll need to cut, and finally just a bit of pinching will give you the final farfalla shape. Dozens of bright pasta butterflies that will eventually fly into your stomach!
SO HOW DOES IT WORK? First, get the dough ready and prepare to have fun with naturally pink, green, red or yellow pasta. Antonella will show you how to move your hands and handle the dough to make it fluffy.
WHILE THE PASTA RESTS, WHY SHOULDN’T YOU? Enjoy a (vegan) aperitivo with Italian snacks and drinks. It’s the ideal situation to have a chat with the other participants and find out even more about Italy and its traditions.
